The Venetian Macau comes in at number seven in the world’s largest buildings leader board. It is owned by the US Las Vegas Sands Company and covers a staggering 10 and a half million square feet in total floor area.
The building is 39 storeys high and can be found in Macau, China, on the Cotai Strip. The casino is the biggest in the world and was opened to the public in August 2007. The hotel offers 3,000 suites for those that want to stay there and the complex also features convention and retail space.
